SUMMARY:Webinar: Zero emissions for the cement industry - is that possible?
DESCRIPTION:The transformation of the cement industry from one of the largest emitters of CO2 to a pioneer in sustainability can be achieved thanks to a new available retrofit carbon capture technology.  \nThe webinar will explore the potential of combining CO2 capture from point sources and waste heat utilisation for negative emissions for the cement industry and the permanent storage of CO2 in concrete. Together with Jonne Hirvonen (COO of Carbonaide) and Andrew Corner (Technical Director of Cool Planet Technologies)\, we will provide an overview of how we can combine all technologies  including direct air capture\, advanced membrane carbon capture\, CO2 utilisation and storage for the concrete industry to effectively respond to the climate crisis.
